A private, single-user tool that lets its owner read their own Google Health data through an AI assistant.
What it is
This is a personal, non-commercial application built and operated by one individual for their own use.
It connects to the Google Health API with the owner's explicit consent and makes the owner's own health
and fitness data available to their AI assistant so they can ask questions about it in plain language —
for example sleep trends, activity levels, heart-rate variability, or body weight over time.
What it does
Reads the owner's own Google Health data, on request, using read-only permissions.
Passes that data to the owner's AI assistant so it can answer the owner's questions.
Nothing else. It does not modify health data, and it is not offered as a service to other people.
What it does not do
It does not write, change, or delete any health data.
It does not sell, share, or transfer data to third parties.
It does not use health data for advertising, profiling, or training AI models.
It provides no medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Access and control
Access is granted by the owner through Google's standard OAuth consent screen and can be withdrawn at any
time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
