Personal Health Connector · Last updated: 23 August 2026

This application ("the app") is a private, single-user, non-commercial tool. It is built and operated by one individual ("the owner") to access their own health data. It is not offered to the public and has no other users.

1. What data the app accesses

With the owner's explicit consent, the app requests read-only access to the owner's own Google Health data. Depending on which permissions the owner grants, this may include:

The app requests only read permissions. It cannot create, modify, or delete health data.

2. Why the app accesses it

The sole purpose is to let the owner ask questions about their own health and fitness data in natural language through an AI assistant — for example reviewing sleep trends or activity over time. Data is accessed only when the owner asks a question that requires it.

3. How data is handled and stored

4. Disclosure to third parties

The app does not sell, rent, or trade data, and does not share it with advertisers, data brokers, or analytics providers. There is one disclosure the owner should be aware of, by design:

Data may also be disclosed if required by law.

5. Use of Google user data

The app's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically, Google user data is used only to provide the functionality described above, is not used for advertising, is not sold, and is not used to train generalized AI or machine-learning models.

6. Retention and deletion

Because health data is not stored, there is nothing to delete beyond access credentials. When the owner revokes access, the stored tokens are deleted and the app can no longer read any data.

7. Revoking access

The owner can withdraw the app's access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions, which immediately and permanently ends the app's ability to read their Google Health data.

8. Security

Credentials are encrypted at rest, transmitted only over HTTPS, and access to the app is restricted to the owner's own authenticated account. No other person is authorised to use the app.

9. Children

The app is not directed at children and is used solely by its adult owner.

10. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be published at this URL with a revised date.

11. Contact

This app is operated by a single private individual and has no other users. Questions about this policy can be directed to the owner at the developer contact address registered for this application with Google, which is shown on the Google consent screen when access is granted.

12. Medical disclaimer

The app provides no medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and its output must not be relied upon for medical decisions. Consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical concerns.
